Amber & Oak started as a single drum roaster in a garage on 6th Street. We still roast in-house, twice a week, in batches small enough that the person pulling your shot probably tipped the beans into the hopper themselves. No syrups from a warehouse three states over — if it's on the board, we made it this week.
